I do not hold a belief about god one way or the other. I suppose you could say that I am agnostic. For the sake of this assignment I will state what I would believe about god if I were to believe such an entity existed. I have no basis for these other than my own opinion.
God is eternal. If a god were to exist, I suppose it only logical for god to exist free of space-time, and thus would be eternal.
God is male. I believe if a god were to exist it would be free of gender — I would think God would have no gender at all.
God has a physical body. I believe that, similar to god being eternal, god exists free of space-time and wouldn’t have a physical body.
God is all-powerful. I believe god should reasonably be all-powerful. I’m not entirely sure here, but I suppose if god were to exist, she would be an entity with greater power than human beings and capable of things we could not contemplate.
God knows everything. I believe, in accordance with the answers above, god would know everything, being an all-powerful being free from the constraints of time.
God reveals herself differently in different cultures. I do not believe that god reveals herself at all, and that any religious ideas that form from culture are simply commonly held opinions, not based in any manner of truth.
God is all-good. I do not believe god is all good. I’m not sure how humans’ sense of good or bad equates to something we may not be able to comprehend, and from this uncertainty I couldn’t say what category god falls under. I would guess, though, that god is incapable of being good or bad.
God is the greatest being we can think of. Again, I can’t say one way or the other, but I would say that god is likely the greatest being we could think of.
God and Jesus are the same person. I don’t believe in any form of Christianity, and I don’t believe Jesus was anything other than a human being.
God is everywhere in nature. I believe this is only true if god is the creator of the universe — although, as I said, god exists free of space-time and would in that sense exist everywhere and anywhere. Then again, maybe she exists nowhere and never. I’m not really sure.
God helps those who deserve help. I don’t believe god provides any help to the real world, whether you deserve it or not.
God causes miracles. Again, I don’t believe god has any interaction with the real world, or if she does, it is unperceivable to humans.
God is sometimes really mad at humans. I don’t believe god feels emotions, and wouldn’t project emotions onto humans even if she did. We are probably rather irrelevant to any form of superior entity.
God loves all humans equally. I don’t believe god loves any humans, but I’m sure god doesn’t discriminate between one person and another.
God is so different from us that we have no idea what god is like. I believe that is the most accurate statement on the entire page. If god exists, it would have to be in a form entirely unknown to us.
When I talk to god, I know she listens. I don’t talk to god, and I don’t think she listens.
God likes some countries more than others. Again, I don’t think god discriminates between humans. I don’t believe god has any emotions concerning us.
